Recommended: Take this class 2–3 times a week alongside our other Pilates classes for a balanced mix of strength and cardio training.

Stretch
Treat yourself with a 50-minute stretch session using the Pilates reformer. Letting go of unnecessary tension in the mind and body will help with focus, performance and moods.
Recommended: Combine our Stretch class back to back with another class on our schedule.

BYOBaby
Bring Your Own Baby to a 45-min reformer pilates class designed to help you build strength, increase mobility and bond with your baby.
