The studio

Studio policies.

The short version — cancel with 24 hours’ notice, wear grip socks, and have fun. The longer version is below.

Booking & cancellation

Changing your plans.

Cancellation

Out of respect for our instructors, we hold a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel through your MindBody account. If you miss a class or private, you lose that credit. Unlimited members are charged $10 for a late cancel and $20 for a no-show.

Running late

For your safety and out of respect for the class, we can’t let you in more than 10 minutes past start time. A missed class is charged $10.

Waitlist

More than 24 hours before class

The first person on the waitlist is added automatically — and the cancellation policy applies from that point, so remove yourself from the waitlist if you know you can’t make it.

Less than 24 hours before class

Everyone on the waitlist is notified when a spot opens, and the first person to claim it is in.

Memberships

Pausing, leaving, and the fine print.

Freezing your membership

You can freeze for a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 14 days per year — just give us two weeks’ notice.

Cancelling your membership

We’d be sad to see you go — we ask for two weeks’ notice.

Returns

All sales are final. Keep an eye on your package or membership expiration date; questions to info@caretopilates.com.

In the studio

While you’re here.

Grip socks

Grip socks are required on the reformer — we sell them in the studio if you forget yours.

Pre- and post-natal

We’re so happy for this chapter of your life. Always let your instructor know where you are in your journey so we can keep you and your baby safe, and note the guidance under each class description. From the second trimester we recommend privates, and post-partum we encourage a private to help you transition back safely.

Zero harassment

Care·To has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind — including verbal abuse or threats toward the studio or instructors, regardless of anyone’s position or relationship to the studio. Violations may mean warning, suspension, or termination of membership.
